Through the use of surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups, information is collected to determine the current status of team performance and the obstacles the team faces to achieving its goals.

Leadership Feedback
We work closely with the team leader to prioritize the issues revealed during the assessment phase. The team leader is then given valuable information which will aid him or her as a leader by identifying strengths and limitations of the team related to leadership.
Team Feedback
Under the careful direction of a facilitator, the team examines the feedback data from the assessment process. Working together, the team synthesizes the results into key issues and priorities. This effective process includes examining strengths, obstacles to success, and developing short and long term strategies for achieving greater results and creating a more satisfying team culture.

Your team begins a process of powerful transformation by using a series of strategic meetings to establish a renewed vision, sharply defined roles and goals, and key practices for obtaining world class results.
Follow - Up
